Hey folks. Sorry I’ve been such a ghost. July has been insane, and — as of this writing — we’re only 9 days in! I’ve scheduled about five or six interviews in the next two weeks, and work has been picking up. I’ve been keeping busy with my grant-writing, as well as getting new training from SCORE and Grants Magic. Check them out if you have time.
I’ve been threatening to publish an interview I conducted with Briana Morgan about marketing, and it looks like that will be coming out in September, so be on the lookout.
I’m still working on getting a shop up that will sell my comics! Update on that to come in September, hopefully.
My novel “The Tang of Fate” is pretty much dead in the water at this point, but no worries, I am working on a new fantasy novel called “A Piece of Sky” that promises to be far superior. I’ve got the basic outline down. Now it’s time for the first draft. Probably ready for beta-readers by about 2023, or so? Going to share with critique partners first. Will need about 100 betas, if I do that stage, something statistically significant but also doable with my limited resources. That’s only if I self-publish, though. CPs are sufficient for traditional publishing, I would think.
In the meantime, I have been pounding the keyboard and the pavements for William’s House and my grant-writing business. You can check out both at williambrust.com.
William’s House DOES have its 501c3, and you can donate directly at williamshouse.org.
Ta-ta for now!

Last Minute Update:
I have something special planned for the month of August. Since I’ll be moving on Sept. 1 into a new apartment, and my new roommates already have streaming, I’ll be canceling my Netflix and HBOMax. Sad, I know. What is NOT sad is that you’ll be able to watch me watch all 30 movies remaining on both my lists for those platforms over the course of August. I’ll be watching one movie a day and posting a review up on Medium. Bookmark that page and mark your calendars, folks. This is not a drill!
